Project Manager

Trillium is hiring for a Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN to oversee the construction of manufacturing facilities and warehouses throughout the region. This is a direct-hire, full-time position.

Duties:
-Manages overall direction to one or more projects.
-Negotiates subcontractor and purchase agreements (terms and conditions).
-Creates and manages construction schedules.
-Manages the procurement process including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
-Work closely with other team members. 

Compensation:
Annual salary is between $85,000 - $130,000/year
$625/month car allowance
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
PTO, Holiday Pay, and Annual Bonuses

Qualifications:
-5+ years of manufacturing/warehouse construction build experience as a Project Manager.
-MUST have ground up exp from $5M - $60M
-Ability to keep up with current technology (BIM, 3D Modelling, Pipe Detailing, Etc.)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required. 
-Primavera/Oracle scheduling, Sage Timberline, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint are a plus.
